Tdap Shot

The Tdap booster shot is required for the 7th grade.  If you have not already turned in the record of your Tdap shot, you need to do so as soon as possible.  Bring your shot record to the office at JMS.  If you haven't had your shot yet, we will be having a shot clinic at JMS on August 4 from 8:00 a.m. until about 2:00 p.m.  You will not get your schedule on Panther Day unless we have your Tdap shot recorded.  You will receive your schedule on the first day of school, August 12.

Panther Day will be on Friday, August 8, and the first day of school is Tuesday, August 12.  We are looking forward to another great year at JMS.  If you ride the bus, the district office will begin processing bus applications and payments on July 28, 2014.

Tdap Shot Reminder

All 7th grade students  are required to have a Tdap booster shot. If your child has already received this shot, please bring the immunization record to our office after July 1 so we can update our records.  If you gave the updated shot record to your elementary school office, it is not necessary to do it again.
